You betcha. I used a MacBook throughout nursing school. The only reason I'm replacing it is because my stupid cat broke my old one. It works great for online classes/content and exams, and it's also nice and lightweight (which is important because nursing books are super heavy). Best of luck young nursling from someone who has been in your shoes.
