Does this model incude the touchbar function? null

No only MacBook pro from late 2016 and later have touchbar except for the MacBook pro function keys mid 2017. The touchbar is in place of the function keys which I would find annoying. Also no touch id that is in MacBook pro late 2016 and later and MacBook air late 2018 and later.
