“if someone was to have purchased the refurbished laptop and the person buys warranty for the computer amd something happens to it and its not fixable will i get another refurbished laptop or a brand new one?”

I bought a refurbished MacBook Air from Best Buy and it wasn’t working good kept shutting off, so I sent it back to the company it came from, there was a card in the box, if I had problems with it send it to them not Best Buy.So I sent it back and they sent me an even better laptop that was in excellent condition.Will definitely buy again.
