A:AnswerNO! It cannot be upgraded to Ventura. A MacBook from 2017 is STUCK at MacOS High Sierra, and you will NOT be able to upgrade it. This means you will also NOT be able to use Migration Assistant to copy your stuff off a newer MacBook onto this 2017 model. This computer is basically worthless for anything except running the old apps available under High Sierra.
