- Answer Yes I am running Big Sur on it right now, however you will need to create a bootable usb install to make the upgrade. Plenty of youtube walk throughs you can follow.

QuestionDoes this computer come with macOS 13 Ventura? If not is there any possibility it can get updated to macOS 13 Ventura?

- Answer NO! It cannot be upgraded to Ventura. A MacBook from 2017 is STUCK at MacOS High Sierra, and you will NOT be able to upgrade it. This means you will also NOT be able to use Migration Assistant to copy your stuff off a newer MacBook onto this 2017 model. This computer is basically worthless for anything except running the old apps available under High Sierra.

QuestionHello I got my MacBook yesterday, but when I turned on to configure it wasn’t possible “Agree with the Terms & Conditions. The bottom “agree” is disabled. I can’t turn on my MacBook. Is that happening with someone else? How can I fix this @bestbuy?

- Answer Call apple support. This happened to me on my Mac mini. They’ll want you to use another apple product to accept the terms and conditions. But they can by pass that if need be.
