I bought a case on Amazon. KEC MacBook Air 13 Inch Case Plastic Hard Shell Cover A1369 / A1466 Space Galaxy (Milky). And I bought ZinMark Laptop Sleeve for 13-13.3 inch MacBook Air | MacBook Pro Retina 2012-2015 | iPad Pro 12.9, Chromebook Tablet Apple Lenovo Dell Protective Pouch Carrying Case Bag Cover, Spill-Resistant, Red. Lot's of choices in styles and colors. Happy with my purchases.

I bought a clear hard case that snaps on and fits very nicely. Two separate pieces. I do not have a carrying case as I don't take my laptop places with me.
