Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I want to clear up the student rebate question. I ordered my granddaughter a MacAir a few days ago. My granddaughter is in 5th grade; so elementary school.. BEFORE I placed the order, I went to the Best Buy link for student deals: Here's the link: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/misc/back-to-school/pcmcat334100050000.c?id=pcmcat334100050000. Choose which coupon that would relate to your purchase. I chose the $125 MacBook one. There were only about 4 questions to answer and it did NOT ask for a student ID, which is good because my granddaughter's school does not use them. It gave me a coupon code to use when I got to the payment screen. It IMMEDIATELY gave me the $125 discount on my purchase; no waiting for a rebate. I hope this information helps clear up some of the questions regarding the student rebate/discount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just went in today and the sales associate told me the coupon is not valid on this older model. Must be 2017 model. Ended up purchasing the 2017 Macbook Air

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's only on some computers the MacBook Air is not one of them, you can use it on the Pro though. At least that's what they told me when I purchased mine.
