• A:Answer Same thing happened to me. Some stores have select items that must be special ordered to your house. It took about a week for me to receive mine.

• A:Answer Our cable-based Internet service is 100mbps, and all devices connect via WiFi. When we are streaming on our Amazon FireTV devices, or tablet, and/or using WiFi on a phone, we are also always using the MacBook. Between our Internet speed, cable modem, AirPort Express, and WiFi adapters on our devices, performance on all, always with one device simultaneously online with the MacBook, is excellent!
