Depends on whether you do a trade-in and shipping to store or a personal location. Store you must bring your device in order to pick up the new macbook. Personal location you'll get a shipping label from the shipping provider and drop it off at a local UPS or vendor. Just make sure you click the accurate boxes for the device you're trading in and then they will give you an estimate depending on the quality of what you traded.
