Thanks to Apple’s Continuity features specifically Handoff, Messages in iCloud, and Universal Control you can text directly from your MacBook without needing to touch your iPhone. As long as both your MacBook and iPhone 15 Pro Max are signed into the same Apple ID, connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and have Bluetooth enabled, the connection happens automatically. You’ll be able to send and receive both iMessages and regular SMS texts straight from the Messages app on your Mac. Your MacBook basically acts like an extension of your iPhone, letting you text, answer calls, copy and paste across devices, and even control both screens using a single keyboard and mouse. It’s a really seamless experience once it’s set up no cables needed.

• A:Answer As for online banking, I use this laptop for stock chart analysis on TradingView desktop app as well as the InteractiveBrokers desktop software for facilitating trades on the platform. There’s never been a problem doing either of those things and in fact, this laptop has been great for me with those two activists. I’ve never used quickbooks or point of sale software, but as long as the systems you’re intending to use are compatible with the Mac operating system, and not exclusively for Windows OS, there’s no way the hardware in this laptop would have a problem with them. The only caveat would be is if you’re dealing with a very large volume of customer files that have photos or videos as opposed to primarily text files, you may want to upgrade to the 512GB hard drive as opposed to the base model 256GB hard drive, unless you don’t have a problem with storing files on iCloud which offers you tiers of access to more cloud based hard drive storage ranging from 5GB to even a massive 12TB of storage. For reference, 1TB of storage space is equal to 1000GB which is a massive, massive amount of storage capacity.
