From what I've seen with other Apple products your probably going to have to go to apple to purchase a custom spec MacBook Air
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m assuming, just because of the way it’s worked with Best Buy for air model in the posts and items like the M1 iMac, that you will have to buy from Apple directly for configurations that include 16gb of ram or a larger ssd.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s possible Best Buy may offer larger RAM and SSD options but Apple offers a max of 24GBs of RAM and 2 TB of stroage. Honestly the RAM is different ( in my opinion/ experience) with the M series Apple Chips. It takes on that work load better. So depending on what you are doing 8 GBs maybe plenty of RAM
