Why doesn't this model exist on the Apple website? null

It does, Select a 13" MacBook Pro without touchbar and then you can customize it as the next step. Below I'll put a photo of part of the page how it looks in my iPhone. BestBuy doesn't have all of the customization combinations available.

It is listed on Apple website when configuring a 13" model if you pick 2.5 GHz processor, 16 GB memory, and 512 GB SSD storage under popular configurations.
