A:AnswerIf you are asking about a refurbished computer. Run. They are garbage. Best Buy isn't even selling these computers. They use a third party that uses their site. They worked for about 60 days. The serial number was from 2012. Buyer beware. Best Buy does not stand behind this product.
A:AnswerWhat a mess. Best Buy offers this crap, and its a geriatric, released in 2011, and being sold in 2019. 8 years later. Gosh, how could any fool get excited about a lap top older than every pair of underwear in their closet?
A:AnswerDo not buy this computer. These computers are sold through a third party on the Best Buy web site. Best Buy does not stand behind these 2012 Macs. The only reason I bought one because I thought that Best Buy would stand behind a product that they sold. I was mistaken...and taken.
