The keyboard warranty should apply across the board, regardless of initial warranty period, so it shouldn't differ for open-box products... That said, there's rumors that the "Magic keyboard" (i.e., the old design that didn't fail due to dust) will return to the 13" MBP in 2020. Unless you need a computer today, I wouldn't get this one.
