They have a credit card you can apply for so you can make payments.

No, the closest you can get to that would be purchasing it with a Best Buy Credit Card and paying it over time, or over X months with 0 interest, if the offers exist. I personally don't recommend that, as I don't like carrying revolving balances on my credit cards, but you can if you would like.
