• If you are talking about strain on the eyes it varies from person to person. As far as seeing stuff on the screen you can mess with it in the settings to figure out what you like.

• Not sure. The 13-inch MacBook Pro has Retina Display w/ P3 Color Gamut. It has up to 500 nits of brightness. Talk to your eye doctor about eye strain.
