- Answer Check the model number / serial number. You can also call Apple with that info to find out. I orderd mine and it was 2017 latest model as was mentioned in the product description on Best Buy website. I also called Apple and they confirmed that it’s the latest model. I used Best Buy credit card for first time purchase and got 10% back. Also ask them to price match with B&H that will save you some more. Good luck!
