Unfortunately when you select the 16GB or 32GB at the time of purchase that is what you are stuck with. The RAM is soldered onto the motherboard with no expansion ports. So you cannot upgrade to 32GB if you already have 16GB. Unless you are doing some serious video rendering and running some serious compression I highly doubt you will need the 32GB of RAM If you plan to game I would suspect the Radeon Pro 560X would be the bottleneck before the 16 GB of RAM.
