• There are more use cases than just 8K video for 32GB of RAM. I run a lot of VMs simultaneously and 32GB of helpful for that. A lot of people are probably wanting to spend the extra few hundred bucks for the added RAM since it's not upgradable.

• I agree with ProAV. The ONLY thing that's preventing me from purchasing a new MacBook Pro from Best Buy is the lack of memory options. I too don't understand why the company doesn't offer a 32GB option.

• Dude unless you’re editing 8K REDCODE RAW you don’t need 32gigs of ram. Think hard about useage.
