“Very confused! Is this computer old? Is it not going last as long as the newer models? Also, how are the graphics? I'm graphic design student and need a good graphics card. I'm not trying to break the bank with the $2,000 one- will this one work fine?”

You have to be specific with what you consider "old". I think the new MacBook Pro has that touch bar thingy? Which I find useless and overly expensive but I think this one isnt that "old" like it has Siri, a light up key board, and good graphics. It's like the iPhone versions. The iPhone 5 or iPhone 6 works just as well as the iPhone 7 except it just has new different features. However, there's not much difference in performance. It's just a money game kiddo.
