yes I was able to use both however they have a glitch with the price match and you have to go the store to correct. Inconvenient But they fix it.

Please try again later.Yes as Best Buy was only offering $100 off and only $100 student discount AND only on the 2016 model As the Springfield, Illinois store employee said it only applied to the 2016 model even though I was looking at the 2017 model on display. I was told the only difference would be the speed and battery life. Best Buy did do an adjustment within the thirty days purchase when it went on sale for an additional $125.00 for which I was thankful. Unfortunately I didn't get the additional student discount at that adjustment time so it may only apply to the initial purchase.

Please try again later.I am sure you can use your Student Discount Coupon to buy any product as long as your discount coupon is not higher than the price of the item you want to purchase. It doesn't really matter if the product is discounted already, that reduction is for general buyers which also includes you. But to proof that you are a student and also In order for your student Coupon to function effectively with the already discounted product, you must be able to confirm your Bestbuy.com profile with your [email protected] Email address given to you by your school. Because then and only then can you be verified as a student. Also the product must be eligible for student Discounting... So just go ahead and give it a try.
