• This is for the 13" iPad, the other is for the 11"

• The on the difference is this one is for the 12.9 iPad Pro and the one for $149 is small the 11 inch iPad Pro

• If I remember the other keyboard you mean correctly, that one doesn’t have a trackpad and it has the keyboard resting on the keyboard whereas this one holds the screen up in the air with magnets. It also has a charging port on the keyboard side that allows you to plug your iPads charging cord into there leaving the iPads USB-C port open for adding external devices such as hubs for connecting an HDMI cable etc.
