“Will this work on a 2021 m-1 I-mac with Thunderbolt (USB3) ports on the computer, and (I think) Lightning on the keyboard. My fingers can't deal with this small Magic. Need a full-size.”

It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth, and works seamlessly on my M1 MacBook Pro. It charges via a Lightning cable, like an iPhone, and rarely requires charging after a first full charge. You could use an iPhone charger, or a USB-C/Thunderbolt to Lightning cable from your iMac occasionally.
