• Truth be told, it should work if you are connecting via bluetooth. A wired USB connection could also work.

• It will probably work if your Dell has Bluetooth. But I think you'd be better off with a keyboard designed for Windows.

• This can be used with anything that pairs via Bluetooth. So yeah, it will work. Sometimes I use with my Windows 10 ASUS
