Shakiba, you will probably not receive an email. I did not either. I assume you bought an Apple product and it came with an offer for 3 months of Apple Music. I posted a review on the same thing. It is basically a scam, as anyone, (besides someone who already has an Apple Music subscription, and they don't tell you that), can set up an account or have an existing one, and get the 3-month free trial. You didn't get anything extra from Best Buy, which is not good business practice!!

You should get an email from BestBuy after the delivery of your package with a link to a free 3 month trial

I would contact Best Buy customer service to ask them about the link so you can get the ball rolling.

Usually about 10 business days.

It takes a few days. It depends on how busy the orders are. For my last purchase it came the same day, for this purchase it still hasn’t come, been two days. But it does come.

Best Buy offers notifications so you can track your package with text messages or email, I have found this very helpful.

You should have gotten the offer when you purchased your product. Maybe on the receipt. Just call or go back to the store where you got it.

I got mine by email when I bought certain items online and pickup in the store I got mine within 3-5 days of pickup in store gave me a code to use for the app

Either when it ships or if you have store pick up once you pick it up it will automatically email you with the cold but you cannot be a subscriber to take advantage of this offer
