Q: I havent receive it yet. When i suppose to get it?
A: Shakiba, you will probably not receive an email. I did not either. I assume you bought an Apple product and it came with an offer for 3 months of Apple Music. I posted a review on the same thing. It is basically a scam, as anyone, (besides someone who already has an Apple Music subscription, and they don't tell you that), can set up an account or have an existing one, and get the 3-month free trial. You didn't get anything extra from Best Buy, which is not good business practice!!
A: This offer is for anyone who gets the app from the App Store and sets up an account with the information to continue the service after the first three months. Best Buy was pulling our leg on this one. Apple isn’t going to skip the next 3 months for my existing account.
A: Same issue. MacBook purchase. Email link from BB did not work. Just go to Apple website> Apple Music. 3 month free trial for everyone who does not have an existing Apple Music account.
Q: How is this going to work to set up their music for free. What do I have to do ?
A: Once they visit the link they get 3 months of streaming for free. After that it is a paid streaming service similar to Spotify.
A: I have the same issue. Apparently, we have to create a brand new email address to take advantage of the free 3 months. If you already have apple music you are ineligible for the free 3 months, which is completely stupid.
Q: What happens if you didnt get the email ?
A: I would suggest you start by contacting Best Buy Customer Service and don’t stop until you’re satisfied. I ve emailed them in the past and found Best Buy Customer Service very helpful and in a very timely manner. I’m not sure why they haven’t kept up their part of the purchase agreement but it is unacceptable. If emailing and calling just doesn’t work then you have no choice but to review your concerns regarding your experience with Best Buy outloud and truthfully on whatever media platform you choose. Although not preferred, this approach can be most successful. Good luck
