I would suggest you start by contacting Best Buy Customer Service and don’t stop until you’re satisfied. I ve emailed them in the past and found Best Buy Customer Service very helpful and in a very timely manner. I’m not sure why they haven’t kept up their part of the purchase agreement but it is unacceptable. If emailing and calling just doesn’t work then you have no choice but to review your concerns regarding your experience with Best Buy outloud and truthfully on whatever media platform you choose. Although not preferred, this approach can be most successful. Good luck
