Once your order has been shipped and the money has come out of your account, you will get an email that has a code for it. It will work as long as you have not used Apple Music before or used another free subscription from another product. You can check your Best Buy account and it should also have directions for it wherever you check the status of your order

I found the email for the free Apple music in my spam folder. It contained a link to go to and download iTunes but I have an iPhone so of course iTunes was already on my phone. After searching forever in the app I finally found a button that said free 3 month trial at the bottom of the page. You will have to cancel the subscription yourself at the end of 3 months or be charged.

you have to have a apple id log in. once you've registered you have to download iTunes on your computer and sign in. the product should come with the code to enter to redeem the 3 months free apple music. they're going to require a credit card or form of payment on file also just for when the 3 months are up they can start charging you but you can cancel anytime. hope this helps =)
