This sounds like a potential scam or phishing email. Don’t call any number provided or click on any link in the email. They should NOT be asking for your social. There is absolutely no reason for that. To find the contact number, go to the home page of the Best Buy website and scroll all the way down. There should be a link for customer service under the Support and Services heading at the very bottom of the website. Click on that link and scroll down until you find a box that says contact us. It will give you several options about how to help you. Click through until it gives you an option to call them. Then you will find their phone number.
