Kind of. You'll have to download from iTunes to your computer and then upload to your Samsung phone. there ARE a few glitches as Apple is very territorial, but there are usually workarounds. You cannot use iTunes with Android (Samsung).

Yes! All you have to do is look for the Apple Music app in the play store and you can use it it’s such a great deal because you can use it on a android and you can also use it on the Apple obviously
