“I like the air pods but they advertised 4 months of free music and that I would get an email on how to activate the free Music. No email ever came to me. i see the same issue with others with no resolution from best buy. poor service”

• They will need to send you the email or can look it up with your account. It’s NEW subscribers only though.

• I found mine in my junk mail folder. I also had to go to iTunes to redeem the code bc the link wouldn’t work

• I got a code with the airpod packaging to activate the free 4 months of Apple Music. Since I already had Apple Music they would not allow me to use the free 4 months. I think that's really bad customer service. I have all Apple devices and now they get penny pinching about this issue. I have canceled my Apple music and will use Pandora. A much better service anyway.
