• Have u possibly used the Free 3 month subscription. I think I read it was for new Apple Music customers only maybe they gave u the 1 month to make it 4?

• It won’t give you Apple Music for free for 4 months if you’ve already redeemed a certain amount of months trial in the past. I was excited for the 4 months too! But it only gave me one just like you, there isn’t a way to get the 4 if your not a new user to Apple Music.
