• You should not be have to every time. You may need to talk to Apple care

• Is it when you turn it off completely? If so, that’s normal as everything disconnects. I don’t have an issue with it disconnecting when I just have it in sleep mode.

• iPad or apple pencil is defective, you should not have to do that. I have never had to resync my daughters apple pencil to her iPad.
