• It's probably pairing issue. If you tried all options and still not working, I will suggest to visit a nearly apple center.

• Its probably trying to conect make sure bluetooth is on and leave it on there for about 5-10 min. Hope that helps

• Could be an iCloud problem try turning it off and on. Do you have the "Handoff" settings turned on?
