Will this work with my iPad Pro 5th generation null

Works with the 3rd generation and up.

If your iPad has a USB-C charger (bought in or after 2018) vs the lightening charger, the 2nd generation ApplePencil will work for you. If you have the 12.9inch, 5th gen, iPad Pro, the ApplePencil 2nd gen will work!! Good luck.
