• Mine arrived today. It DOES NOT come with a new battery. Mine came at 81%. bleh, at this price, it feels like a total ripoff. Bad on me for assuming best buy would be decent.

• They do not come with a new battery. My "excellent" level one had less than 75%

• Just received a refurbished iphone in (excellent) condition and the battery health is 84%. For the price paid on a supposed to be excellent condition refurbished iphone the battery health should be 100% otherwise these should be sold as (good) condition at a discounted price.

• They usually come with a used battery, but it will have a minimum of 85% health. Mine came with 100%, so I think most are like new.
