Does this pre-owned phone come with a new battery? Some have recommended to me not to buy if it comes with the original used battery. However, its on sale today and I probably won't get an answer until its no longer on sale -- oh well. null

NO it doesn’t. The battery dies fast

No it has the original battery. Mine was at 86% peak performance. I will not recommend this phone as the main phone. But you may replace the battery from the manufacturer for a reasonable price. 

I use this phone as a backup phone without internet. So battery performance is not my biggest concern.
