- Answer I think the “excellent” mean that there is not many scratches. I just got one today. The front and back is okay. But the speaker and the charger hole are so dirty. It looks like they did not clean it.

- Answer Just got this phone up and running and so far so good, I think; little concerned about the battery keeping a charge before having to recharge it. It charges fully and keeps a descent charge. Too late to return it, so I hope it will continue to work. Other than being worried about the battery, it is a pretty good phone. I have to say much better than the android I had. Asking about any defects I have not found any on this phone that I bought, it looks like new!! Hope this helps!!!
