Does this phone come with a SIM card? null

This phone does not come with a SIM card. I don’t think any phone comes with it. You’d have to get it from your phone carrier or a retailer selling pay by month SIM cards. You can also buy it from the Best Buy website.

The phone was shipped to me without a SIM card. But we were able to use the card from the old phone and contact our Service Provider to activate the phone with no problems.
