Yes it will, Best Buy typically sells these as fully unlocked. This means that they went through the process of removing the carrier lock at their processing facility before they put them on the shelf for sale. All you need to do is when you initially set up the phone go into settings, general, and then about and scroll down to see the carrier lock status. If it states no Sim restrictions then you will be able to slide in a total wireless Sim card purchase your plan and get right to using the phone. However, if there is a specific carrier listed and you’ll need to contact that carrier and go through the process of unlocking the iamb EI or ME ID. So far, I have not had to do this with any of the preowned phones that I’ve purchased from Best Buy. So far I have bought two of these.
