“how do i know the battery heath wont be bad and the screen will be cracked”

I just bought mine today from Best Buy and it looks and works brand new.

Screen won’t be cracked but anything internal is unpredictable. I don’t recommend there is no quality control on three refurbished phones. It doesn’t even come from Best Buy. Some third party outlet.
