No. They refer you to a call center in India. It takes 17 minutes for them to understand your name and address. They gave me a fictitious reference number 11 times so there is no record of your call and each time you must start all over. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and tell you that they are sending you a gift card in the mail - in my case the charger did not work at all, but the iPad worked. The gift card never came in the two months that I called them. Only buy refurbished if you live near a Beat Buy store and can get to it BEFORE your 15 days are up from the date you bought online. If it takes 16 days from when you bought online for you to get it ... you are out of luck. It is NOT WITHIN 15 DAYS WHEN IT IS DELIVERED. It is 15 days from when you purchased it online.
