- Answer Yes FaceTime doesn’t care what platform but the video may be slow on Wi-fi or data from the iPhone 5. It shouldn’t drop the call but may display poor video quality occasionally.

- Answer It does but you have to make sure what your carrier charges hotspot data. T-Mobile has hotspot data includes in their plan. Other carriers like Verizon, charge extra for hotspot data.
