• You bought a pre-owned phone? and expected it to be in perfect condition? Not going to happen. Thats why there is a discount on the phone. You can return to Best Buy - maybe. check with your local Best Buy to see if they will take it back. If you really posted this question 2 days a ago, you still have time to return it before the return period expires.
