• A:Answer I would take the phone and printed copy of your on line receipt and take it into your nearest Best Buy if that is who you bought it through. Don’t think phones come with manuals. I wish they did. You turn them on and start to play around. For something specific, ask the question in the browser and you usually get several ways to get your answer including u/tube. Or take it into an apple store and ask for help. Returns?? Take it back to where you bought it but soon like 10 days? If Best Buy won’t take it in store then they may tell you how to return it. Or check the website you bought it for return policy. You should have read that before you purchased anything refurbished. Hope this helps.
