Yes I am with metro I just bought a preowned phone I love it. First get the IMEI number and if youre using an old sim card write down the number as well. Call 611 and it only takes less than 10 minutes to activate on your phone. If you dont feel comfortable it cost about $15 if you want to go to the metro store and have them do it for you.
