Yes it would, primarily these phones are unlocked meaning they have no Sim restrictions so you can sim them with whatever carrier you want to. Just make sure that when you initially set up the phone you go into settings greater than general greater than about and look down to see what the carrier lock status is. If it states no simme restrictions you’re good to go however, if there is still a carrier lock in place your choice would either be to return the phone or attempt to unlock the phone by contacting the carrier that is listed in the about section and seeing if they can unlock the IMEI or the MEID
