If you actually bought a preowned iPhone 7 or any iPhone from Best Buy‘s preowned program it comes with a generic Sim kit from the wireless carrier that contracts with Best Buy to get customers. An iPhone 7 will require a nano Sim in order to access any of the major carrier networks located here in the United States. Without a Sim card you can’t make phone calls
