Yes it will! Best Buy typically sells these phones as fully unlocked. This means they have gone through the process to remove any pre-existing Sim restrictions that may be in place. When you get the phone in initially set it up be sure to go into settings greater than general greater than about and scroll down to check the carrier lock status. If it states no SIM restrictions then you can slide in any Sim card from your carrier of choice and the phone will work as expected. However, if there is a specific carrier listed then you will need to contact that carrier and see if you can go through the unlocked process. This may be difficult because the IMEI or the ME ID may still be associated with a previous owner and in that case they may think the phone is either stolen or you would need specific prior owner information in order to continue with the unlock process.
