A:AnswerThe phone was recalled. I have the device. After a month of having service, the service completely stopped working. Verizon/Apple said that the product was broken and it was recalled. I am currently sending my device to apple right now to await results. They assured me a free fix, or a free replacement
A:AnswerYes, but do not buy a phone that is not going to be used in USA because if something is wrong with the phone you do not have the warranty in other country. I did and bring the cell back took me a while. When I went to Best Buy to get help, they told me that the policy is to accept only items on the first 15 days.
Now I have a phone that does not work and I can not get my money back.
Also the manager was nasty when I explain my problem
