No, the Apple iPhone 8 is a much older version of Apple's cell phone product line. Originally released in September of 2017. You will have to get an account and pay to get cell service. Unless you are sure any phone will work with your cellular provider, get one that is "unlocked." If a phone was originally provided by the company with cell service, it will generally not work with any other network.
